Description:
The roofing ridge forming machine is a new type of energy-saving and high-efficiency machine used for steel-structure retaining plates. It can make specific shaped profiling sheets in different specifications through the process of decoiling, continuous rolling, cold roll forming, and automatic fixed - length cutting of metal sheets. It can be applied to manufacture the housing ridge board.
Its raw material is coiled steel sheets. Continuously automatic production is available in this equipment as the PLC control mode and AC variable-frequency speed regulation technology are designed for this machine.
Feature:
1. The supporting structure of roller is guiding column.
2. The type of transmission is double-chain transmission.
3. Type of drive: electric motor drive (each section with a dynamo).
4. Using the Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC control devices.
